On May 11, Al and Betty Arseneault received the Mayor’s City Builder Award for their contributions to the Crystal Beach/Lakeview community. Throughout the winter, they maintain the rinks at Lakeview Park where Lakeview students enjoy their weekly skating time. Congratulations Al and Betty and thank you for all your hard work!
