Delivery: Orders will be delivered to Lakeview for pick up by Thursday December 18 or you can request pick up on December 17th (or later) at my home in Bells Corners. Let me know your pick up preference.
Print the PDF file and circle what you would like and note the quantities. Please indicate your contact info and your child’s name and class on the form. Include payment in full by cheque made out to Lakeview School Council, the prices shown include HST where applicable.
