The Mayfair Community and Fundraising Event is Council’s largest annual event and will be held Saturday May 9, 2015. The funds raised at this year’s event will go towards the purchase of new technology for our primary and junior classrooms which will increase student access to these innovative learning tools.  As part of Mayfair’s fundraising efforts, Council organizes several types of sales (e.g. BBQ, used books-toys, baked goods) as well as a bike parade, fun entertainment and our infamous Student Talent Show!  Council is eagerly beginning to plan this fun event and you will hear more about it in the weeks to come.  We welcome your comments or interest in participating in the planning of this event.  
The Mayfair Raffle is a key fundraising feature that offers great prizes donated by generous local businesses.  We would like to ask that if you know of a local business that may be interested in offering a prize donation (we will provide some publicity in return), we encourage you to put us in contact with them.  The Mayfair Raffle’s success relies on parents to volunteer to approach businesses and ask for prize donations to our Raffle.
