If you have time to do some spring cleaning before or after MAYFAIR D.A. Moodie Intermediate School Council, working with Foxy Recycle and the Salvation Army Thrift Store, welcomes you to take part in bringing it back! Electronic waste collected will raise funds for our school’s technology enhancement plan so please save up and drop off as much as you can.
When: Saturday, May 9th, between 9 AM and 3 PM
Where: The school parking lot at 595 Moodie Drive
What: Your old electronics and used clothing
Electronics (televisions, speakers, receivers, audio/video players and recorders, cameras), computer equipment (monitors, towers, laptops, keyboards & mice, speakers, printers, scanners, modems, routers) and phones (corded & cordless, mobile, PDAs and pagers) will be collected on-site in bins for pick-up.
Larger items, such as appliances (toasters, microwaves, stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers) as well as scrap metal (steel, aluminum, copper, brass), can be brought to the Foxy Recycle location at 2940 Baseline Road on Saturday between 10 AM and 4 PM.
