Mayfair is happening Saturday, May 26th, 9 am to 2 pm. We need your donations for the Book Sale, Mason Jar Sale, Bake Sale, Plant Sale, and Cake Auction. The more you donate, the more funds we raise for Lakeview programs!
Book & Toy Sale
We need gently used books, DVDs, toys, puzzles, games, video games/gaming electronics and small entertainment electronics. All items must be clean and in working condition with all the pieces intact. Drop items off in the front entrance of the school from May 14th until May 25th. No Saturday drop-offs, please.
Mason Jar Sale
Bring in small items like: wrapped treats/goodies, small toys/cars/figurines, kids’ jewelry, Lego/building blocks, craft/art supplies – things that kids would like. Please put items in bags (no mason jars needed). Drop items off in the front entrance of the school from May 7th until May 21st.
Plant Sale
We need perennials, vegetables, annual flowers, seeds or house plants. Please include a label indicating the variety of plant and its planting preference (sun, shade, drought tolerant, etc.). Drop off plants in the front entrance of the school from 3pm to 8pm on Friday, May 25th, or before 9am on Saturday, May 26th.
Bake Sale
Bring in baked goods, jams, relishes, or any sweet or savoury foods. All food must be nut-free and wrapped as a whole (pies, loaves, etc.), individually (cupcakes, muffins) or in small packages (4-6 pieces for squares and cookies). Please label foods and provide an ingredient list. Drop off food in the school kitchen (next to the gym) from 3pm to 8pm on Friday, May 25th, or before 9am on Saturday, May 26th.
Cake Auction
Display your creative cakes and other decorating talents for our silent auction. Goods can be delivered to the school on Friday, May 25, or Saturday, May 26, by 9am. Please include your name and the name of your item. As inspiration, here is one of last year’s amazing creations. The (optional) theme this year is Spring and Summer!
